Please stay away from this contractor. My AC went out on a Friday. Joseph came out on Saturady and said it would cost $450 to fix it and in his opinion I needed a new AC as mine was 15 years old. I agreed to replace it as I was desperate for some air. He quoted me $3500 for a Rheem 16 SEER 3 1/2 ton unit and advised me he was going to try to get a Bryant for the same price. On Monday he sent a guy out to remove the old unit and then he arrived a few hours later with the new unit. He then presents me with a bill for $4000 saying he got me a better unit (without my okaying this). I went ahead and paid as I needed air. I then get the flyer in the mail and find out I could have had a Rheem unit installed for $2300 and the same exact Bryant unit for $2700. I was ripped off and I am in the process of reporting this to the PSC.
