    Joseph Bruno plumbing and heating did great job with my leaky faucet. The individual above me should’ve called to confirm. That’s what I did. He provided the best service I ever had.

    The job was beautiful when completed but went way over budget, with many delays. Plans had to be redrawn a number of times.I imagine dealing with the city is no picnic, so I'm unclear how many of the delays was a result of waiting for approval, etc. just glad it's over.

    I have retained and worked with BK Architects to renovate and create a flood resistant structure at Van Brunt Street. During that time I found both Joe and Brett to be very professional. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced in all types and phases of architectural projects. Also, Joe and Bret work very well as a team each with their own areas of specialty. Lastly, in today's construction world in NYC, you need to hire architects with a very good working knowledge of zoning regulations and a strategic ability to get plans and related documentation through the NYC Dept. of Buildings. Joe and Bret are the guys. I recommend them.

    Called this guy for an estimate for converting to gas heat because he is suppose to be a National Grid Value plus Installer. He made an appointment to come between 2 and 4 PM, never showed when I called he plays like he forgot. I wasted a half day of work for nothing. I will not use him he is unreliable.
