I had to rate this contractor or I could not submit,! It is a big fat "0".They are NOT reliable! We hired him to build a garage back in May 2015. It was started May 17, 2015. It is now August 4, 2015 and it still is not complete! At the end of May on a Wednesday, Joseph said he had to go to Pittsburgh on another job and that they would finish our garage up on Friday, he at that time ask if we could pay him the balance? Trusting that he would keep his word! "NOT" I did and I am still trying to get the job completed! PLEASE do NOT pay this man in full!! He does NOT keep his word! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! When it has beware on the rating I would recommend you do so! Not pleased on the finishing of the job!!!!
