    Joseph properly obtained a permit to move the weather head on our home because we were adding a screened porch. He used 1.5 inch screws through a metal band, screwing only into a one inch facing board on our house. The upper 1/2 portion of the pole was totally unsecured and pulled away from the house with in a couple of months. Joseph promised to return and properly install the pole. He began to no longer answer our phone calls and never showed up to do the work. In checking with Metro codes, he had never had the work inspected, nor closed out the permit. We have filed a complaint with the state and are preparing to take him to litigation to have this corrected. It is a safety issue! Do NOT use Joseph to do any work. He took our money and never did the job properly! He should not be a licensed electrician!

    Joseph came to our home to do work under a home warranty. He arrived when he said he would. He did what he said he would. He didn't try to up sell us. He was clean, neat and totally professional. He sorted out a relatively complex (and hidden) problem left over from the builders very efficiently. Couldn't have been nicer. Will schedule him for more work as soon as he is available.
