Joe was slow to complete my project. He spent 6 months on a project that he said would take 6 weeks. He was present daily the first week and then needed to be called to weekly to be pushed to finish the job. He left cigarette butts around my house. He also took some equipment from my garage thinking it was his. He never returned my equipment. Part of my project had to be reworked several times before he finally got it right. Would not recommend. South Park be warned.

Joe and his crew caused severe damage to our home due to doing things incorrectly. Didn’t add flashing, put in the pavers for the patio so they drained toward our house causing water damage. Caused additional damage when they framed what was supposed to be a drainage system so the rain water wouldn’t go through the deck to the patio. Then they added caulk redirecting water into a vent leading to the bathroom. THOUSANDS in damage was done. Naturally we are now being ghosted and will need to seek resolution through the court system.
