Contracted Jem Electric to update all the electric in my home as well as upgrading to 200amp service. The job that we agreed upon was never completed and what was done was not done correctly. If you are looking for a company that carries themselves professionally, look somewhere else. To get either Jennifer or Joe to answer your phone calls especially after you paid them let alone return phone calls is a feat in itself! Oh and please don't get me started on the numerous times they said they would show to do work and NEVER did!! There favorite line is "we will be there in the afternoon." Sad thing is I payed in full for a job that in turn I had to higher another company to complete correctly and not before pointing out errors made by Jem electric. Outlet not grounded, lights that flicker intermittently that Jem was never able to correct. This review is not written out of spite but as a warning. Jem electric was given ample times to correct our business relationship and failed to do so. Don't get beat like me!
