He was excellent! He takes pride in his work. He is totally honest. I was not even home when he redid my bathrooms. His prices are fair and he gets the job done in record breaking time. I would highly recommend him!

I would never recommend Joseph to anybody. He put seven windows in and charge me $700 each window. He told me they were Anderson and I found out they are Home Depot for $212 each. They do not lock they don’t open properly and they are cheap. He also charge me $1000 installation for cheap windows. My gold jewelry and rings are stolen. My husband died eight years ago and my gold wedding band is stolen. All the bathrooms floors are cracking The tile in the shower is cracking with a hole in it. I could go on anon and he is not answering my text or returning the money or taking the windows out to replace them with the proper Anderson windows that he promised me. I could go on and on what is missing in my house and I had to hire a plumber , Electrician, Painter , Someone to redo the tile. They cut all the wiring in one room where the babies sleep and I had to pay $400 to have the wire rewired. I also had to contact my air-conditioning and heating friend to come back and redo the air-conditioning and heating because it did not work. I have a very historical home that he destroyed. Please do not use them. Thank you

He was the hardest working, most thorough contractor I have evER worked with. His work was excellent. He was diligent and a perfectionist. Overall, an outstanding result in record breaking time! He redid three bathrooms and painted my entire house.

On the recommendation of a friend, I initially contacted Joseph in October 2020 about remodeling two bathrooms. No response. I tried again in January 2021 and he responded, and we subsequently scheduled a visit. After seeing my bathrooms, he told me he’d probably be able to do them in the March (2021) timeframe.
As we got closer to the date he stopped responding to calls and messages. Eventually he returned an email in April, saying little more than he had left the country (for a family emergency) and that I needed to find another contractor. I had wasted 4 months with nothing to show for it
Against my better judgement, in October 2021 I reached out again. He came back a second time to look at the bathrooms. Given his schedule and allowing plenty of lead time for my fixtures to arrive, we agreed to schedule the job for January 2022.
I started checking in periodically in December 2021 to make sure there weren’t any issues. Joseph reassured me that we were good and later gave me a start date for the third week of January (2022). The week before the anticipated start, I called Joseph once again to check in. He said he was having a hard time getting a dumpster scheduled, but not to worry. He also asked for my original quote, which I shared with him. Joseph said that the cost would be a few hundred dollars higher because of price increases in materials.
Once the third week of January arrived, I tried (unsuccessfully) reaching Joseph — calls, messages, emails — No answers. Eventually my calls went straight to voice mail. After waiting a couple weeks, I called him from my son’s phone. As soon as I told him who I was, he hung up. When I tried calling right back from the same phone, it also went directly to voicemail. Abandoning a customer and refusing to provide any explanation as to why you’re not honoring your commitment is not only the height of unprofessionalism, but also rude and cowardly.
I wasted the better part of a year trying to do business with Joseph. Even if he does good work, he cannot be trusted to follow through. Everything has a very sketchy feel to it. Sometimes you get a call or message back, but most times you don’t. And then there’s the experience like mine where you’re completely ghosted. If after reading this you still plan to go ahead with Joseph, I would strong advise not to pay him anything until the work is actually finished.
