On May 12, Joseph George knocked on my door saying he had extra asphalt and would give me a good estimate for proving partial driveway. I agree, but before he started, I asked if I should move my Lexus from the driveway, Mr Joseph George told me no, that there was enough room for him to do the paving. I later found my Lexus dented on the right rear bumper. The cover was tied and I was not informed of the damage. I contacted Mr. Joseph George and told him about the co diction of my car and how I found the cover tied. He agreed to pay for the damages verbally and in writing. It’s been now almost a month and I have been trying to get payment for the damages incurred. I have also asked him numerous times for his insurance information with no avail.
Mr. Joseph George said his company has a good reputation and is a third generation company. That his word was important to the companies reputation, don’t believe what he says.
