    Full build out for a dessert shop
    $500,000

    I definitely would not recommend JHC,dishonest and just trying to make more money off of change orders.Also be aware of the people they hire to contract they wired our AC system backwards and later on we had to have someone come out and fix it within a 3 month period of them completing our project.
