I hired Joe to install power for my hot tub. The advice he provided me in terms of method and location for the prep work was wrong. We had to circle back, then finish that project. Upon phase two starting, we agreed to upgrade the work with regards to new panel out by our shed. We had settled on him revising the price and coming back. But before doing so, he cut the power to our shed. He never sent changes on the proposal then went MIA. He has not returned a call, email or text for over a month and a half and now I have a shed with no power at all. He's not reliable.
