Very unprofessional service from this company. I recently scheduled an appointment to have a tech come help install a new split unit heating system. I took the day off of work & they never showed or called for the scheduled appointment. I contacted the office three times that day to get in touch with the receptionist or another tech to vent my frustrations & reschedule the appointment. The owner called me back & told me that he doesn't need my business. They totally wasted my time and never appologized for not showing up. Who does business like that?
