Joseph P. McCarthy was licensed electrician on job, but the only guy that worked couldn't speak English and was not an electrician. Told drywall ready without an electrician ever visiting. Then I found two Romex cables spliced together with wire nuts ande buried in insulation. Additionally there was a lighting circuit with 14 gauge wire (max allowed 15 amp) powered from a 20 amp circuit. STAY AWAY!
