Here's the thing about Joe. He promises the world but has a hard time delivering what he promises. He's a really nice guy and I think when he's saying these things, he really does intend to follow through. It took about 8 weeks for them to do a job that was supposed to last a week to two weeks tops. I am still waiting for him to come and seal it. Also, I am waiting for him to do my other porch. I secured a loan based on his estimate but it's been 2 or 3 weeks since I've heard from him and I'm worried it's not going to get done before the ground freezes to much to do it.
All this being said, he's a nice guy, the work is okay and truthfully, he is the ONLY contractor I could find to answer my calls and come do an estimate. That's why I used him. I'm using him again because he knows I am on a iced income and he agreed to do the front porch (someday?!?) for cost.
