I have had the opportunity of working directly with Mr Broussard over the past 15 years. I have been fortunate enough to have owned several properties during this time. I have never bothered myself with writing reviews of this sort, but felt compelled to because of the above & beyond work ethic & incomparable quality of work that Joseph Broussard provided to me. Joe has done 7 properties for me, 5 consisted of both internal & external painting. His experience in this field somehow makes you want to believe in magic. Never in all my days have I ever seen property walls look like a canvas of art when completed. His masterful ability of blending colors, lining different colors that meet without a single blemish or run in is exemplary. His painting mastery is artistic yet he makes it seem so simple. He works clean, fast & prompt. He is honest, cares about what you care about & insures the finished project ors above & beyond your desired expectation. I now, whenever I have a property project, simply call Joe, give him the address with very limited logistics & let him do whatever he feels needs to be done. I have never been disappointed. His pricing is beyond fair & you know exactly what you’re paying before he begins the job. If something arises out of the scope of the mutual agreement in place, he communicates his findings & if you agree to his suggestions a revised agreement will be set in place. Absolutely no surprises. His professionalism, work ethic, honesty & character compares to very very few. I highly recommend Joseph Broussard for any work request anyone has. Should you be fortunate enough to have his expertise complete a project for you, you will only be beyond satisfied & truly blessed.
