Joseph w kurasz is number one fraud. Don’t go to him. He was given couple of basement work in south Whitehall and upper macungie area. In every house he would initially agree for everything but give different agreement , when questioned he say he will correct and submit for inspection but he will not. Then at midway for every work that he has promised to do , would say it’s extra and we need to pay money. One person even gave the full amount because its was half way and didn’t want to fight then he never appeared and the ceiling and lot of work is still pending. Same pattern everywhere. He even does the measurements wrong. Looks like his permit has expired too. We are raising a complaint against him. So beware.
