joe is flexible, lots of common sense, and very neat. several of my projects involved unexpected snags. doesn't slow joe down, and he cleans up as he goes (no mess after he leaves). very trust-worthy as well. have had a bookcase/entertainment center designed, a new kitchen, windows and doors, and gutter work. all top notch work at fair and reasonable prices.
