Josh and his wife Teah open emails, but choose not to reply back. Strange behaviour, and very unprofessional

Josh is an honest contractor and I can't thank him enough. My aunt was having a very difficult time with her door - she couldn't get it to open/close. She called in various professionals, some charged her but still left her with a broken door. One said she wasn't "strong enough" to open the door. Others just wanted to sell her a new door rather than fix her existing one. It's a shame when people try to take advantage of a senior citizen. Josh QUICKLY fixed it for her. She was so happy. Can you imagine being overjoyed just to be able to open and close your door? He is a very kind man and I'd recommend him to anyone needing an honest reliable contractor. Thank you SO much!
