    Road Paving

    Joshua paving paved a road for us and the final product was about the worst I have ever seen. The top coat was scabby, uneven, had ponding and the joints were uneven. Due to his poor work, the owner has not paid us for his work and he refuses to make good for it.

    um You have the wrong Joshua paving company we don’t work New Jersey we are locally owned in ny and work a small radious also we don’t even do roads aperate you get this review straight ASAP

    Very Happy... here's why. In general, I am skeptical of pavers. I have had two other experiences with pavers and both were fairly bad. I wasn't sure what to expect with Joshua Paving. The reviews online were pretty good but his price was lower than others so I assumed they would skimp somewhere. In the end, the final outcome was great and I couldn't be happier. Jeff was the foreman on my project. Two other guys seemed to be the skilled labor who would spread out the material (one of their names was Alex). There were three other guys who drove the trucks and also brought the materials to where they needed to be dumped via wheelbarrow. They started around 10am and didn't finish until around 9pm. They all worked a hard long day. The guys looked a little rough around the edges but were professional, nice and respected my property. I took the day off work and got a chair and watched them work. They kept the pavement thick, even in the middle. They didn't play any games of thick on the edges and thin in the middle. They did have to come back the next morning to finish up a little near the road as they had run out of material and the plants were already closed. You can see the seam a little but it looks sturdy. Jeff promised a two year warranty. There were no surprises at the end when it was time to pay the bill… the final price is what he quoted me. Jeff listened to my concerns and checked in with me a few times to make sure I was happy. I don't know if Joshua Paving has multiple crews or not, but I know that Jeff and his team did a great job. If I notice anything goes wrong with the driveway over the next year, I'll make sure to come back and update my review. Overall, I am very happy and would recommend Joshua Paving. This job was a residential home driveway in New Paltz, NY completed in June 2018.
