Honest, nice, professional, smart. Did I mention honest. For background I am a Neurologist and am detail oriented by nature. Josh not only met my expectations but exceeded them. This has happened twice in 4 decades. He did great work at a very reasonable price. The entire process was very straightforward and honest. He voluntarily showed me the receipts for parts. The bill was straightforward and if there was any grey zone, if anything he errored on the customers side. Many contractors want 1/2 up front even if it’s a mostly labor job. Many times that’s the last time you see that individual. He did not want anything upfront. He was very smart and efficient about the way he approached a project and was very organized. He showed up exactly when he said he would. If all businesses would be like this, the world would be a better place.
