Yousef Audi was hired to do the job on my house in Riverside, Ca
to do some improvement with an intention of renting the property, we were willing to spend between 15,000 to 30,000 maximum. Took the advantage of us being out of town and kept stretching the project because he wants to make more money, by saying he can't finish the project unless if we fix something else, and this scenario went on and on till he made the project to $130,000 he overran the budget big time. Even he replaced a whole bathroom without our approval but he made sure that we were charged for it, so many things during the process said he won't charge for this and that because they were his mistakes, because he made few decisions on his own, but for sure they were on my bill and i was charged for them. The quality was very bad we asked for maple kitchen cabinets instead we got RED cabinets, we asked for certain back splash he got us bathrooms tiles, we asked to paint some fixture white and got them black, we asked for good granite we got the cheapest one. So the whole project was horrendous and awful my friends were disappointed as well, so after a long argument he painted the cabinet dark maple, and replaced the back splash, so it was a bad experience after all. So the project was done poorly. And to spend that much money for house that supposed to be a rental at that time. He was fully paid after he delivered the project we put the house in the market and we lost a lot of money on it in all the upgrade that went to it.
So I would NOT recommend him to no one. He is good in manipulating the project so he can gain more money. So his interest comes first and he does not work for the customer's needs and their interest. I regret doing business with him. Bad experience. I would NOT recommend him to no one.
