I used Jovic Construction to build a Triplex in Joshua Tree before 2008. After looking at other avenues to build my partner & I decided to build from the ground up. Victor had a lot of experience building in the area. We saw the work he had done doing the same from vacant land to the completion of the house . We were very impressed at the workmanship & how fast he was able to do the work. Victor was very professional in his work& knowledge in all aspects of a contractor. He even found the company that did the construction loan at a very low rate. When the time should come again for me to build again I will use Victor Gonzalez of Jovic Construction

I contracted with Jovic Construction in early 2008 to build a house for me in Flamingo Heights, California…just north of Yucca Valley. Victor Gonzalez, the owner of the company, was a licensed general contractor and had a degree in Mechanical Engineering, so was extremely helpful in guiding me through the design process and then building the house. (He actually designed the house, but listened carefully to my suggestions and was very polite about guiding me around problem areas.)
He agreed to do the work in stages, as I had money to pay for it, which was nice of him but extended the construction well into the 2008 financial crash, which hit Yucca Valley very hard. Many businesses closed and many contractors abandoned projects and left for larger cities where there was a chance of getting work. But I had the money to finish then, and Victor hung in there with me, even though he did have work he could be doing elsewhere.
He did a great job of guiding me through the process of making good design decisions, and taught me a lot about the building process. I couldn’t have hoped to find a better contractor to build that house.
Victor had a small crew, but they worked hard and efficiently…I lived in an RV on the property during the Washington State winters and got to know the crew pretty well. They always showed up when they said they would, and completed the job within the budget and on my timeline.
I’ve stayed in touch with Victor and he has always been willing to answer my questions about other building projects, even though they are not in California, and there was no profit in them for him. He is a good man, A good businessman, and a good contractor. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone desiring construction in his area.

Jovic Construction saved the day. My friends the Gormans of Alta Loma had purchased solar from Jacob of Clean Power, Riverside, who went out of business. Certain promises were never followed up on like monitoring and the extended 25 year warranty. When attempts to contact Clean Power failed, I referred them to Victor of Jovic Construction.
Victor, Gregg and the crew came out and examined the system at no cost. He validated the system was producing, but the defunct installer never included the monitoring. He contacted the manufacture and made arrangements to take over the remaining warranty period and ordered the monitoring equipment. He had to install one on each panel and then trained the owners on how to monitor it's use.
If his customer service is this good without profiting from the sale then Jovic construction should be on you short list of solar contractors to consider.
