Worked with our insurance company but DID NOT FINISH THE JOB! Our roof was replaced in June and it is now november. My husband and I have made several attempts over the past months to have Joyce Family Roofing complete our gutters to no avail. We have water dumping on the side of our house and our basement is flooding. The first time I called about the problem someone answered. Now it just goes to voice mail. I have had no communication from the company and will be calling my insurance company to file a complaint.
Response from Joyce Family Roofing LLC January 31, 2018We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication on our end. The gutter system was in fact completed the very next day after we completed both roofs on the house and garage. There was a short plastic extension to run underneath your concrete fence into the drain tile on the opposite side that our installers failed to reinstall. Since this happened, we have implemented a system to make sure this does not happen again. All of installers are required to document through photos the completion of their work. I am happy we were able to get covered what your insurance company did not originally cover and we were able to do all of it with zero cost out of your pocket. I hope you enjoy the brand new skylight and the full roof system warranty backed by both our company and the manufacturer. Again, our apologies and thank you for the review. We can always learn to improve and be better.

I highly recommend this company! Joyce Family Roofing completed our roof on our house and garage and replaced 3 skylights in just 1 day! The clean up was done very well too. We now have two brand new roofs and are certified by the manufacturer as an extended warranty because of how great they did!
