I was see up with Jozef thru a city of Detroit 0 interest home improvement loan, we were not given the option to choose another contractor. In less than a week they have damaged my siding, my neighbors siding and gutter and completely broke my other neighbors fence gate after dropping a giant tree limb on it. They ripped my electrical box completely off my house twice ( again this is within 1 week of work) I had to call Jozef today because he was supposed to fix my neighbors fence, the worker he sent didn't tell them he was coming on their property, and wouldn't answer their questions. They left without fixing it and I had to call back and demand they come back, I then had to supervise him so he didn't repeat the same unprofessional behavior and the worker than made disparaging remarks about my neighbor. They are terrible and I will be contacting everyone under the sun to make sure they do not continue taking advantage of poor people while overcharging them for extremely subpar work. Furthermore on the call with Jozef he told me not to talk to the workers.... I'm paying them and yet he told me not to talk to them. That's beyond ridiculous and they shouldn't be allowed to take city contracts period
