Joe came out and repaired our roof for a very reasonable rate. He was courteous and honest, and we are very happy we hired him. Note that this review is from Summer 2018, while the one above is from 2013 and seems dubious. Joe Pero is a regular Lutz guy who does honest and good work.

While Joe Perro is courteous and polite, I will not use his services ever again, nor can I recommend him. He took nearly 1.5 months to finish a small stucco repair job for me (from the initial estimate to completion) but wanted immediate payment upon completion. During the work, he damaged blinds in my home but did not even acknowledge the infraction -- nor offer to repair, replace, or pay for the damage -- when I asked him what had happened. The work he did to fix water intrusion into my home provided no relief to my problem, but he conducted no followup and made no offer of additional services to actually fix the problem. And, his price, overall, was rather high -- over $80 per hour, by my estimate, for work that wasn't timely or effective. For these reasons, I give him a low rating and do not recommend him to others.
