We had really bad experience with this contractor. We had them do pavers on our backyard. At first the main person running the business Julio Pintado was extremely nice to talk to and was very accommodative on what he would do. Once the work started - they were rushing very fast to get done with the job and move on- they did everything very hastily. With in couple of weeks of doing the pavers- The ground close to teh fence caved in about a feet and teh pavers fell in. I tried reaching Julio Pintado mutiple times- and he wouldnt pick. After about 10 or so calls- he picked the call and said he is very busy and will look at it later. after not hearing back for another 2 weeks- we had to call again for another 10 times for him to even pick the call. On picking he started yelling back at us that he is extremely busy and doesn't have time for this.
Extremely upset that people dont take ownership of the mistakes they did and try to fix it for the customer. Would highly recommend to stay away from this company.
