    I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE TERRIBLE...THEY DID MY ROOF AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB...I HAD LEAKS IN MY ROOF AND HAD DAMAGE DONE TO THE CEILING IN MY KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND HALLWAY. AFTER DOZENS OF PHONE CALLS, THEY FINALLY PUT IN GUTTER AND THAT STOPPED THE WATER COMING IN TO THE ABOVE CEILING...BUT THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR THE CEILING...IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR...THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS...I CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE....PRIOR TO THAT THEY BLEW OUT THE ELECTRICITY IN MY BASEMENT AND GARAGE....THEY USED MY OUTLETS FOR THEIR PURPOSE AND IT TOOK MONTHS AND MONTHS TO REPAIR THE ELECTRICITY...BUT THEY DID SO, BUT NOT FOR MANY CALLS...THEY WILL NEVER REPAIR MY CEILING....DEALING WITH THEM IS VERY DIFFICULT....I WOULD ESPECIALLY WARN SENIOR CITIZENS...LIKE ME....SO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM...

    I would not recommend doing business with JP Redding - the company proved to be very unprofessional and bordered on criminal. I signed a contract and paid 50% down on 4/29/19 - it was for soffit, fascia, aluminum siding, and window repairs. No work was ever done. After months of complete silence I started to inquire - most of my calls were completely ignore and the limited response I did get (from the salesperson, never the owner) ended up being lies. I eventually had to take the company to court (City of Buffalo) to get my money back and won the case in November 2019.

    I had a terrific experience with JP Redding Contracting. They tore off several layers and installed a beautiful new roof. They stayed on budget, were courteous and clean, and I love my roof!

    JP Redding put on a new roof 12 months ago and it has never had a leak, they did a great job of cleaning up when finished everything went as he said it would ..I will be having them work on other projects again.

    Great experience. JP answers his phone and/or returns your calls. He has a broad understanding of construction and different options. His crew was well seasoned and installed the concrete siding per manufacturers guidelines. Good workmanship on schedule with followup.

    I have worked with Jp Redding on several major projects. His work is well done and professional. His crew has been the same. Estimates have been given prior to work beginning and he will take the time to review and alter the estimate to fit your budget needs. I would highly recommend this contractor. Every project he has worked on for me has been amazing.
