    Multi-Room Remodel project

    The team at JPD Development did good solid work with their primary contractors and their subcontractors. The renovation work looked nice but I will say timelines slipped which would be my one negative feedback. I know reno projects rarely complete on time but I think it's worth mentioning if I'm giving candid feedback. Overall I would use JPD again but I would ensure the work is done in the winter months to avoid peak construction season where small renos are just not the priority for any GC.

    Jason and his team did an excellent job. They completed our project - demolishing and building new closets in an old downtown high rise - on time, with high quality and at a fair price. The carpentry work was excellent. They also installed a kitchen backsplash that we are extremely satisfied with. Jason was easy to work with and managed all the paperwork and regulation required by the building. He finished our project much faster than other contractors that work in our building, and at a lower price. I highly recommend Jpd Development!
