Good and Bad. Most of the work is good when it happens, BUT, timely completion of the job is NOT something you can count on. Also, the owner J.R. is good at the work he does himself but I believe he had a helper do the grout on our floor. It came out to me multicolored. It looks horrible and we made the mistake of paying for the work before the grout was dry. We were told we would receive a return visit so the problem could be looked at but once you pay, don t expect to see this guy again. We made multiple phone calls to All Phase and we were told the owner J.R. would take care of it. That never happened. Now we live with people asking us what happened to your floor? I tell them All Phase Remodel. I do NOT recommend this company.

We hired JR in July of 2017 to do a bathroom and some walls in our home. He started and left for 6 months even though we called texted and emailed to get him to come back. Then he worked a short time and returned for a few more days before he quit through an email. He left a mess with holes in the walls and torn up Sheetrock. We have been working for months to redo and finish the work. Horrible. Do not hire.
