We had a signed contract with JR Schmidt to specifically pull the proper permits for the agreed upon siding job. Now we are dealing with no permits pulled and of course no answers or call back from the contractor. Horrible! Do not waste your time and money with this guy!

I paid Jason half down $1,800 to do a deck and repair a flat roof. Took my money and gave me the run around for 4 months. Now his phone is disconnected and have not been able to get in contact with him.
