    Roofing

They were great. We were a little nervous about the whole reroofing process and they helped us go through the whole process. They even explained every roofing shingle what the warranty is and the difference between all the shingles then all we had to do was pick out a shingle, pick a date and sign a paper. They then took care of the rest. The roofing crew was great my husband tends to shadow over people when they work which has bothered others, but they were great and explained everything as they were working and even taught him some roofing pro ticks. There craftsmanship was very professional and cleaned everything up before they left including any nails that might have fell. Thank you JRC! Amazing job we will defiantly call you when we need new siding and new can teach my husband pro siding tricks.

    Roof

I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I didn't have a good experience with this roofing company. First issue was the sales person person who initially stopped by my home in late March informed me "NO MONEY" out of your pocket if they did the work, and they'd work directly with my insurance company, etc. I was also told they'd have my roof done within 6-8 weeks from the time I signed the paperwork....well needless to say it took almost 4 months! They didn't start the job until the end of July! which was 3 months AFTER they received the 1st $9,000 check draw in late April from my insurance company. Also had to keep contacting them to get an update on when my roof was going to get done. Once my roof was completed it took another 2 months to complete the roof inspection, had to be reinspected more than once then finally passed inspection in early October. Of course they already received their 2nd & final check withdraw in September from my insurance company. Here is where the fun begins, they started coming after me for my deductible even though the initial sales person told me "No Money Out of Your Pocket". They claimed to have called me numerous times, then eventually I received a FedEx letter to inform me they're putting a lien on my house unless I pay my deductible within 10 days. I called them the day I received the letter (Oct 15th) to speak with the owner Mr. Ricci (as it states to do so in the lien letter I received), but of course he wasn't available, so left a verbal message with a young lady to have Mr. Ricci call me back to discuss my concerns/complaints and to also setup a payment schedule after I speak with him, but never head back from anyone! So I called back on Monday, Oct 25th and was told Mr. Ricci doesn't reside in this office, and that he doesn't usually return calls. Really??? No one mentioned this to me when I called in on the 15th?!? I was then transferred over to a "supervisor" who told me he's the one who usually does callbacks on behalf of Mr. Ricci. He even told me even though he saw I called in on the 15th for a callback, he never called me back, and they went ahead and put a lien on my house anyways!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

    roof, tear off and install
    $14,400

First point is the working crew are very unprofessional. The work overall was ok but they left nails all over my yard along with shingle pieces. I also have to finish the roofing around my chimney as they tore it out but decided not to put new flashing in or repair the areas they destroyed. They ripped my dish out of the decking and threw it on the ground ripping all fastenings from the soffeting and just left it there, hanging on the wires.
When they were at my house they blocked entry to my door and to my driveway. When asked to move and clean those areas they blatantly refused, saying we will clean when we are finished. When I filed a complaint to the companies office I got treated to the so called owner coming to my house and threatening to whip my ass because his crew said I disrespected them. I guess asking for a company to allow you access to your home is disrespectful. I had to call the police to get this man off my property. He left before the police arrived of course but i filed the complaint anyway.
Anyone who doesn't think this happened I have the 911 call where the dispatcher heard his threats, and i have pictures of the house when they were there and the shape they left my roof in.
The only thing this company has going for them is the sales staff. They were courteous and professional, unlike the owner or office staff.

    Roof

I had the unfortunate experience of having JRC Service do my roof in November. In the beginning everything sounded so good and communication was great. However when problems arise no one wanted to return calls or take responsibility. The guys working on the roof were pissing on the side of my house next to my disabled son's bedroom window extremely disgusting and very hard to get rid of human pee smell. One of the workers trucks leaked oil or something on my brick pavers and Thomas the site manager agreed that he did see the truck leaking. He promised compensation or to fix the driveway but that never happened. According to Jared, Thomas's boss his trucks do not leak therefore they were not going to fix the problem. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UP FRONT! Give them 1/2 then when the job is complete give them the balance, if not find someone else. We paid in full so we had no leverage to get our driveway fixed. In the beginning we were to get $2,300 for work on the interior of our home and at the end got $1,000. They requested a supplement check from the insurance company fo extra materials and supplies that were never need or used because we were told my Thomas while they were working that everything was in good shape and no need for extra materials or supplies as well as my husband out there everyday while they were working. When it was time for them to cut us a check we waited nearly a month which is absolutely insane. They are a bunch of unstrung crooks, everything they say is a lie! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!

This was one of the worst experience I have had with a home project. They broke my water fountain, stole my outdoor extension cord, broke the screen in my porch, left roofing nails all around the property. The employees that did the roof ate their lunch in their vehicles and threw the bones on the floor. The individuals I dealt with were unprofessional and DID not take my concerns seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    srtip and replace roof

Yes, it was like a football team. We first met Eric. Then, he passed the ball, to Darren, who was definitely the quarterback. Darren was very professional, always keeping us in the loop. But we never got one phone call from the company, as to product delivery nor when the crew would show up and never met nor spoked with the project mgr., Thomas Howell. So with that being said, the roof looks awesome, the roofing crew were great, hard working, people. I believe, if it wasn't for all the hard work that Darren did, we would not have a great look on our house. Steve & Meredith Pacheco, Palm Coast.
