What a pleasure to work with Jeffery Schwartz and his team of craftsman delivering an efficient, appropriate and versatile 'Hurricane Protection Solution' implemented with high quality 'Miami Dade Approved' products.

The consultation was conscientiously clear, we received the benefit of Jeffery’s industry knowledge while enjoying the quality of his preferred product selections. The execution and fulfillment was quick, installed by proficient craftsman with customer service close throughout.

This project was thoughtfully conceived and managed from start to finish with beautiful result.

Jeff Schwartz has (1) installed impact front doors and a garage door at my house; (2) replaced outdoor tile, (3) replaced a section of fence after Hurricane Irma, and (4) repaired stucco and paint after some plumbing and window repairs were done using another company.

Jeff takes his time with client and delivers what he promises. He is responsive and thorough. He provides realistic timeframes abou completing work, and explains what factors will affect the timeframe for the completion of the work. He offers advice on proposed projects, and helps you evaluate whether it is money well spent. Jeff suggested that we forgo a project because of the cost, even though it would, in the end, benefit his company. I appreciate this immensely. Importantly, Jeff does work the right way, not the quickest way. You will receive quality work and quality products that will be completed to perfection. I'll never use another GC in Miami, and I've been through a few!

Jeffrey and his crew are very professional.
There is not a task I asked them to do that could not be done, such as; Hurricane Shutters, an above the ground pool, pavers for driveway front porch, rear patio and walkway areas, rebuild and remodel complete modern kitchen, redo and customize garage with custom shelving and flooring, replace old dead computer with very high end system for less than half the cost that stores have it and designed and build a 55 gallon fish tank and stand set up.

They treat you like family and you intern feel like they are family. I still have a few projects they are going to do build front screened porch area and shade covering for backyard patio. They also built a double carport for my grandson with a rolling gate and cement driveway which came out great. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for anything I would like have done. They created a lovely home for me. Also they provided me a service not usually done. No pool service would take care of my pool because it is above the ground. I am single and 67 so it is a little hard for me to do some of it. So, they agreed to service it for me. Who better to take care of my pool then the people who built it. There service and knowledge of individual jobs both large and small was excellent. Everything went well I have no complaints about their work or their ethics.
