JSM builders started replacing my bathroom floor in March of 2017. They never finished the job. Jeff's guy Terry did a lot of shortcuts and I refused to allow him to come back to finish the job. For example, the bathroom sink kept fall of the wall. After 6 months he finally sent someone else out to finish the tile work and he didn't finish the job either. I have a contract on my house as of last week and the inspector told me today that my floor is not braced up there is still a leak. Still trying to get him to return my calls and has still yet to give me a bill for what I paid him.
7-12-18 stil no returned phone calls.
