    Bathroom remodel

    Awful experience with JT carpet and flooring. While they were extremely responsive during the planning stage, the communication DWINDLED once I sent the deposit for materials. Showed up once for the demo, and have not returned ever since. Does not return phone calls. Save your time, money, and aggravation and go with another reputable contractor in the area.

    Great work! I am truly in love with my new floors and carpet. Great personality and manners. Job site was kept cleaned and well prepped. 5 stars from me!

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hire them or you will get ripped off like I did. Gave a deposit and has not done anything for 6+ months with repeated attempts to contact. States he will stop by but never does.
