    Replace ductwork in rafters and insulation
    $7,700

    We had the remove all the insulation from the rafters and replace. It was supposed to be 16 inches of insulation. We are lucky to have 12 inches. They did replace and suspend the ductwork as contracted, but sent only the workers, not the man we contracted with. Now they are supposed to return for a 6 month service, but have not returned any of my calls. DO NOT, DO NOT do any business with them.

    Replace hvac

    Installed a Rheem.unit which failed in 14 months and refused to service it. After much hassling they fare i nally sent someone and it was repaied after 5 weeks without heat. 5 months later the Rheem unit failed amd I called 4 times, neveranswrred my call. This took 10 days in 100° heat to fix. Rheem was little help. This cost me another $1000 to repair. Unresponsive, unreliable.

    Furnace replacement

    Predatory and Dishonest sums up the company.

    Ben One of the field technicians, I assume, (we never received a business card with credentials) came after talking my eldery Great Grandmother In-Law into cleaning the duct work came over. They then proceeded to look over the furnace and find innumerable things wrong with the furnace, gas line, condenser line and duct. Turns out we needed to have everything replaced. After being directly by the Granddaughter that she needed to be contacted before anything was agreed upon, Ben continued without doing so. He talked the Great Grandmother into a $10,000 contract to replace the Furnace... Just the Furnace. After the rest of the family found out about this and contacted the company and Ben personally, they chose to lie and say they were unable to cancel the contract. Regardless of it saying so directly on the contract next to the signatures, in addition to the several State and Federal laws requiring them to do. Now after the "inspection" performed on the furnace it does not work at all. Avoid this company at all costs.

    These people are crooks. They used to be honest and reputable until new ownership took over in 2010 and reuined the company. Now they just take advantage of their customers and have managed to drive out people who have been doing work with them for 10+ years. I'll never hire them again and I would suggest looking somewhere else if you want honest people.

    I had Tigran tile a bathroom for me 22 years ago. Lost track of him over the years or I would have used him from then on. He was teaching his teenage son his trade and he did an amazing job. I grew up in the floor covering business, and this is the best tile guy I've ever seen.
