Be Aware – JT Renovations Co and its owner Jonathan Aldair Teran Torres are a big fraud.
Jonathan Aldair Teran Torres (owner of JT Home Renovations Co - phone # 224-578-3844 and 224-323-2693) was a tenant at my property located at S. Candlestick Way, Waukegan, IL 60085 until 2/5/2022. While residing at my property, Jonathan Teran, in September 2021, told me that the furnace at the property was not working and needed to be replaced. Since I live in California, Jonathan offered to get me quotes to fix the furnace. He told me that someone from his company, JT Homes Renovations Co, can replace the old furnace to a brand new furnace for $3500 including the labor cost. After a few weeks, Jonathan confirmed that the furnace had been replaced and asked me to pay $3500. I paid the total cost in full. When Jonathan vacated my property on 2/5/2022, I had the property inspected and at that time I learned that JT Homes Renovations Co and its owner Jonathan Teran never replaced the furnace and fraudulently took my money without providing the services.
