I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that J.T. Shaw Inc did for my bathroom remodel. Thomas was always adaptable to several changes. Thomas did excellent tile work and was extremely cordial, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I was very pleased with all aspects of my remodel!

My experience was great! Thomas was very professional In the work he did on my roof, and punctual with due dates he gave. I would recommend his business to anyone of my family members or friends. Roof passed inspection and has held up ever since, I will be using his company for any other project I need done in the future.

I hired them for siding and brick work. They did a terrible job using wrong materials that were also installed incorrectly with the wrong hardware and wrong flashing. Everything was uneven and not square. They said they would fix it for the 4th time. That was over a month ago, they will not answer my calls or return messages or text. I do NOT recommend this company!

I would not recommend this contractor. his reviews precede him. I gave him money up front and the roof he put on my house has not passed inspection. This man has gone as far as to put a lien on my house. He has other companies operating under his licence in areas that Hurricane Michael destroyed. These "contractors" are taking peoples money that have lost everything and they are not completing work or the work is substandard. Then they want the remainder of their money for an unfinished job. Hes a pathological liar, makes up these lies and then starts believing them himself, very unprofessional. Cannot believe i paid up front for services he never completed. Currently taking him to court. Warning to everyone looking for a credible contractor, this is not one!!!

STAY AWAY.... Dont pay him anything up front you will never see it again....started out great turned into a nightmare its been 4 months and hes still hasnt run out of excuses as to why he hasnt refunded my money for work he cant do. He owes money and doesnt want to pay it back..why? because hes spent it all on who knows what and doesnt have it. Hes robbing peter to pay paul which gives you an idea of his work ethics. Save yourself time, headache and money and go with someone else. Reputation is all you have as a contractor and his is shot dont make the mistake of hiring him for anything

Thomas is the best person to call for Construction/ Remodel needs. I am a new homeowner and I was wary calling a random handyman, but gave Thomas a call as I didn't know anyone in town. He made the appointment for 9am (the next day from the day I called) and was at my house at 9am on the dot. He gave me the cost of the labor plus the part the day before so I knew what to expect to pay. (I usually buy the parts ahead of time to avoid marked up parts). He does not mark up the price of his parts. He even fixed some extra drywall for me at no extra charge. He is not the type of person who up charges or tries to get extra money out of you. He is an honest business man who does a great job and even will help trouble shoot any problems he sees in the process.

This was one of the most pleasant "house repair fixes" I've had to deal with.

I highly recommend Thomas, he is licensed, insured and does a great job at a fair price with no hidden charges or fees. Everything is upfront and to the point. Exactly what you need in a Contractor. I will be using and recommending Thomas to anyone I know.
