JTA completed a full bathroom renovation for us in Spring 2023 and we're so happy with our new bathroom. They were great to work with from start to finish. We're thankful for their hard work, professionalism, and proactive communication throughout the project. Jose and Ray were our main contractors - they were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and tidied up at the end of each day. We really appreciated them!

They found a few surprises once the work began but we expected this with any renovation work. What stood out was their recommendations and solutions whenever something came up - they always had ideas for a workaround or fix, and we trusted their honesty and expertise.

Even after the work was completed, JTA reached out and stayed in communication to make sure everything was good. We needed two small adjustments post-completion, and they were fast to remedy it.

We'd love to work with them again on future projects and highly recommend them for their honesty, craftsmanship, and reliability.

JTA construction was fantastic from start to end of our bathroom renovation. We had two bathrooms to renovate in our San Francisco Victorian. Juan made sure his team was ready to go and quickly handled any changes or obstacles that come up during our project. Castro led the team onsite and showed up every day ready to move the job forward. Castro’s skill and hard work assured we had everything done to an exceptionally high level. The attention to detail shows in the final product. We are more than pleased with what they gave us and are very happy we went through this with JTA as our contractors. In addition to excellent, on time and on budget work, Castro brought positive energy and great customer service which made the always stressful experience of renovation feel smooth.

We had Juan build us a custom attached patio for our backyard. Since day one he was professional gave us good ideas on things to add to the patio that wouldn’t cost much more but would make the finished product that much nicer. We had no issues with Juan which is rare if you have any expierence with contractors. He answered every question we had and if there were any delays on materials he was prompt on letting us know what was going on. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from the majority of contractors out there. We feel the price we paid was really fair for all the work and materials he put into the project. In the end we are super happy with the patio and would not hesitate to hire Juan for our next project.

We had the siding removed from our house and then Juan and his crew installed stucco on the front of our house as well as replace all the windows in the front.

First, I really want comment on JTA's customer service. From the moment Juan came over to gather the info to place the bid to today when he is coming over to finish everything up, they have really taken care of me. Talking me through everything, working with me to find ways to make the payment schedule work with my cash flow, searching for the best deals on materials and saving me money. When scheduling changes came, as they often do in construction, Juan was on the phone letting me know exactly what the plan was. He's earned my complete trust.

I felt totally comfortable with the crews that came out to work with on my house. Friendly and professional.

The work is excellent. My wife was stunned when she saw the finished surface. Just a wonderful job all the way around.

Honestly, this process has been so far and above my expectations. I thought this would be painful and I would be second guessing everything. It has been the exact opposite.

I think I have found my contractor for life.

I contacted 3 Contractors. I’m still waiting on a formal proposal from 2. JTA is the only contractor that delivered a proposal within 24 hours and answers every question and concern that I have within minutes. Efficiency and communication in everything is absolute key for me. I signed the Contract and although the work has not started yet I am very confident in the efficiency, integrity and quality of work with JTA Construction. Ill update feedback upon completion of the job.

Post remodel feedback………. The job is completed and we just passed the final inspection! JTA delivered exactly what they were contracted to do and in the time frame promised. Given the age of our home they ran into a couple unanticipated issues that were explained, discussed and fixed. Communication was always clear and available. We were never in the dark. JTA addressed every question and concern from the beginning proposal stage to the final inspection. We are very pleased with the quality and outcome of the remodel and we will definitely use JTA for our next remodel project!!

Window replacement and dry rot repair were performed by JTA. They did an excellent job and worked with us to insure that the correct material was purchased at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality in the job.

Everything went great. The communication was awesome and everything was right on time, if not even a little bit earlier. I'm very happy I chose JTA.
