    Garage Construction project

    still waiting on city approval of plans. Jack has been helping me muddle through the city's requests and it has been quite an ordeal--takes forever. He still contacts me at times for updates et al. He is great to talk with, and knows exactly what I desire to build and understands how long it's taking.
