I would like to say working with JTR Insulation LLC was wonderful!!!! After a year of disappointments with our contractor, to have JTR come when they said they would, do excellent work and total clean up before they leave restored my faith in having work done. Will call them again as we need work done and recommend to Family and Friends. Thank You so much, Robin & Diana Cooper

This guy Jose owner of the company is extremely unprofessional and has pulled no shows on me 3 times regarding faulty insulation where my outside faucets were completely frozen and leak spring from it
I reported the problem early February 2024 and he promised to come by and never has! I called him 2 more times since then abd the same pattern promises and pulls no shows
Now his phone lines are not accepting messages vm is full and the guy does not pick up
I have reported him to Salem weatherization program that contracts with him that pay grants to the low income community .
This guy takes advantage of government subsidies ti the low income society and does not honor his work or his word .
Total gross negligence and conduct! Extremely unprofessional and shady !
Stay away from this company !
