    I purchased a home built by Juan Zepeda Construction and developed Jay Riviera from the Riviera Property Group and the entire process has been a nightmare for me. Jay attempted to have me sign this draconian fit and finish agreement which any buyer of their property should NEVER do. The home has been riddled with construction defects that they will not repair. All of the items that I have requested to be completed resulted from a very reputable home inspector. I would caution any potential buyer to "buyer beware" before moving forward with any purchase.
