We’re an electrical contractor and home automation designer / installer / service firm which is looking for long-term relationships with builders dedicated to the customer. Our sweet spot is to start and finish engaged and so our mission is to find builders which share these values. The work we seek are new construction of residential, multi-family, mixed use, and of commercial TI and similar projects. We prefer to work in the Seattle-Eastside corridor. The remodeling projects we seek are those with plans and a defined scope of work.

Our practice is to always arrive as scheduled, to always clean-up our mess, and to always treat your customer warmly and courteously.

We are the self-performing division of an established design builder organization.
