Jules Branch Construction

We just had a new deck floor put in by Jules Construction and we would give them a A+. Very professional, beautiful job done and after they finished, there cleanup was spot on. Not even a small piece of unused wood was left. They came on Wednesday and finished today ( Friday). I would highly recommend them. We will surely call them if we need any more work done. Give them a call, I promise, you won’t regret it.

Jules and his guys just finished installing a privacy fence for me. They did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and made sure the job was done the way I wanted. I have had many compliments on how nice it looks. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Branch Construction just finished our front porch and driveway. They were profession, kind and willing to listen to our specific requests. Excellent job! We are going to use them again in the spring.

We would not recommend this contractor. We added an addition on our home and used Jules Branch Construction as our contractor, big mistake. First off he said it should take a month or so and it took more than six months. Second, we paid top dollar for the job, but Jules said he didn’t charge us enough and repeatedly asked us for more money. When I refused for the third time he said unless he received more money he would not be able to finish the job. I told him instead I would pay for the rest of the supplies. He agreed and I thought that was that. No such luck, he still repeatedly harassed us for more money, but we stood firm. When the job was almost finished I’d say 90%. I gave him the last payment, another big mistake. He never finished. And third, he cheated out on many items like the sliding glass door he was supposed to put it where the side door was, but when it was time to install it he said it would cost us more to put it there so we gave in and he put it in the addition. Also, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom we’re supposed to be tile and again he said it would cost us more money to put in tile so we have in again and settled for vinyl flooring. So you see he’s not reputable. He will promise you every thing you want then will try to charge you more than in the contract to do it. If this contractor comes to your home to give you a bud shut the door on him and count yourself lucky you were warned.

If u want professional work with a reasonable rate hire this company had very professional job done. Had few problems due to covid but owner worked well with issues. Very satisfied with work performed and will recommend this contractor to everyone.

Don’t do it. He will try to take you for everything you have then want more. Shoddy work. Goes as cheaply as possible while charging you top dollar. Will tell you a month or two and it’ll take 8 or so. Trust me when I say run run run away from this contractor.
