Julio Rivera

I met Julio through my HOA, he was at the complex to do work on the roof. I called Julio to see if we could make an appointment so he can see my stand up shower that I wanted to remove and replace with tile. We made an appointment and he was here at my condo on time. He assessed my shower and I received a verbal quote and later an email detailing the cost of the demolition and remodel. He starter the remodel at my earliest convenience as I am always working and have a hectic schedule. What I appreciated the most was the communication I was able to keep with him throughout the project. He was conscious of taking care of my home while doing the work on my shower. Over all his team was professional and the shower tiling looks great. The shower was completed in a timely manner as well, which was great. I went with a roof to floor tile design that included a horizontal herringbone design on the walls and curb and a hexagonal design as the base. It's beautiful. I will be calling Julio for my second shower remodel and have already recommended him to my co workers.

Julio and his workers did an amazing job. I got 3-4 estimates for converting my 700sq ft garage into an ADU and he was the most affordable. Had no issues at all with him whatsoever. His attention to detail was great. I ordered the flooring and it didn’t work out, Julio paid for new flooring out of his pocket to fix it. The final product came out amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better ADU. Would definitely recommend Julio. Very honest, reliable, hard working, friendly, and just overall great contractor to work with. Will be hiring him again for future problems.

We are so happy with the work Julio Rivera did to make our master bathroom amazing. It included enlarging the square footage and adding a walk-in closet. His attention to the details and suggestions were spot on. He and his workers were a pleasure to work with. He started and completed our job in a timely fashion. We would definitely hire him again for our next project.

Mr. Rivera came out gave me an estimate. what he quoted the first time was not at all what we discussed. I had him re quote and I accepted his bid. He tole me that he would start the job 2 days later. When I called to verify what time he would be coming out he then told me that her was stuck on a job but he promised that he would start the job on Saturday if I wouldn't mind waiting. I agreed to wait then 2 days before he was supposed to start the job he sent me a text...not a phone call a text stating that he wasn't going to be able to do my job and I should find someone else. Wouldn't use him now if he we the last contractor on earth. if this is how he starts ha project I'm fairly certain a job he claimed would take 14 day would have taken 6 months.
