These contractors are rude, disrespectful, and bullies! They held my house hostage for a year and a month. They INSISTED I give them the final payment even before final inspection was to happen. Once I gave them money so they wouldn't leave as they had threatened, the checks were cashed immediately and they were gone! This is a nightmare! Now I have to find a new contractor who is willing to finish this guys work! Plus, upon their abandoning the job, several mistakes were found which will now cost me more money to fix! STAY AWAY from Julius and Sons Construction in Parlin NJ! Unprofessional and aggressive!
