His contracts and paperwork do not follow Pennsylvania rules for contractors, plus he requested more than the amount allowed for down payment. Please read the rules for contractors in Pennsylvania before hiring someone. He promised roofing work by a certain time, and when it was not done we cancelled and requested our down payment back. He made many excuses and did not return our money. We had to take him to court and threaten a sheriff sale a year later to get our money back. Now he is being sought by police for home improvement fraud. We know another person for whom he put off the promised roofing work, then when he showed up he did a shoddy job and only half of it. I would give zero stars if possible. Do not hire.
