Work is unprofessional and is unreliable. Takes short cuts and you will have to hire someone to fix issues. Doesn't show up when he promised on several occasions. Asked for $100 to fix a flat tire for example so he could get to the job site and still didn’t show up. A number of people in our development had to let him go. Sloppy and unreliable subs. One sub would completely unwind what someone else did, like our texturing on the wall for example. We are having to have the paint redone because he painted first before the remodeling was completed which marred all the walls. Don't waste your money. Doesn't accept checks! Didn’t refund money that was double paid by check and by auto transfer to the tune of +$400. Practically everything he did we are having to redo. Laid tile at a slant away from a drain vs toward the drain. Door framed way too narrow for the door and the door kit was right there in the unit for easy measurement. Tried to use a condensation line as a structural support instead of installing a header for a closet so the bottom of the closet door fell to the floor due to lack of support. If I could give zero stars I would. Seems really nice with lots of sirs and ma'am's but follow through isn't there. The only thing good I can say is he can demo. Just don’t have him do anything construction-wise.
