Just Call Frank T/A Frank Pietro

We contacted Frank back in June to get information on having our stall shower pan fixed. It would have involved 18 inches of new tile and a new pan. Frank gave us a quotation. 1/3 at signing, 1/3 during, 1/3 at finish. When Nick, Franks worker came to measure the pan he told us he could epoxy it and no work needed. We accepted and he informed Frank what he did. Frank FINALLY CALLED US and advised we would receive about $1,000 refund. We FINALLY GOT A CHECK THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST. 2 weeks later one of his "office people" called and left a BIZARRE MESSAGE about the check and insufficient funds. ON AUGUST 30 we RECEIVED THE REFUND CHECK BACK FROM OUR BANK, NSF. We have left SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR FRANK. DO NOT, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS MAN. His office is messed up, whoever answers the phone doesn't know what they are doing

DON'T CALL FRANK The owner is misleading and very purposely decetful He explained to us what job the company would do Then wrote a completely different contract up and never let us know and charged us an extra $1000 I would give him ZREO stars but it doesn't let me DO NOT use this guy RUN away

DON'T CALL FRANK We had a shower cut and tile job done on our bathroom When the owner Frank P told us exactly what they would be doing we agreed. He then proceeded to write up a contract for the job. What he neglected to tell us (AND I BELIEVE ON PURPOSE was that the tile job was different from what he explained to us Partly my fault because I didn't catch it When the worker showed up he told me to do the job like I wanted it and how Frank explained it, would be an extra $1000 I believe Frank purposely wrote the contract differently in the hopes that I would miss it. He is very Decietful BE AWARE MAKE SURE IF YOU DEAL WITH HIM THAT HE WRITES EXACTLY WHAT HE TELLS YOU HE IS GOING TO DO I would'nt deal with him again

Workers were excellent, very professional, excellent craftsmanship. However, contract was not explained properly and misunderstandings were too many, I was told they would get me new shower doors included in the shower remodeling. Then the project supervisor told me I would need to get a company to do the doors two days into the job. He mislead me, and after exposing this he decided I was right and the new doors were actually part of the whole job. So it appeared he tried to make extra money for nothing by conning me into getting the doors myself. He did not argue, he agreed an the job was completed as quoted, be very careful with them, after my experience if I did not stand up to him I would have lost money.

I had my entire bathroom done, a tub to shower conversion. Tiled, new floor, new everything. I can't say enough, it is absolutely stunning. Marco the installer was just excellent! If you need a bathroom Just Call Frank!
