    I couldn't be more complimentary of Derrick's ability to get the valve job done quickly and at a reasonable price....He was on time, courteous and personable...but more importantly, he knows his trade as he has had considerable experience in this particular type of plumbing....and.it's so great to get a tradesman of his caliber without going through a switchboard, explaining your problem to someone who has no knowledge of what you want....with Derrick..I simply sent a picture from my phone and he quickly responded whether or not he could do this particular job...and this is after I had communicated with 2 plumbers who I had used before, and they both agreed this wasn't a DIY job and suggested to get someone who only specialized in the valve replacement...which was Derrick.....Yes, I highly recommend him and would call him again.
