    To build a driveway

    We hired this firm to built a driveway. The designer Debbie Jones is incompetent. Every time we had a question in the process, she pushed us aside, saying we're wasting her time, and insisted we listen to her, let her do her job. We did. Then the day the driveway was done it flooded our new garage. Debbie denied any responsibility. We spent more that $40,000 on this. Now we're looking to hire another contractor to fix the problem. I would not recommend this firm.

    Disappointment

    I had this company come to my house over 2 weeks ago for an estimate... of work I was wanting done. I was told they would e-mail me an estimate within 3 work days. I never received it, but gave them 7 days longer. Still did not get it. Called them and Debbie said she was surprised I hadn't gotten it and promised me I would have it by the end of the day. Never got it called again. I called at 5:30PM and the "answering service" said they would have them call me. Yes. You guessed it. They never called. If this company acts this way JUST to get an estimate, I cannot imagine how I could trust them to actually preform the project. Very very disappointed a company would be this way. I would rather them say (if so) they weren't able to do the job for me, they weren't interested, too busy, etc, than string me along. I can't imagine I would be the only person they have done this way. Word of mouth can mean alot in today's social network society. Both good....and , in my case, negative.

    Do your research folks before opening yourself up for disappointment
