We had a siding issue. Justin came out when he said he was going to. He identified the issue, explained why and how he would make the repairs. Gave me a very fair price and we're happy with the work he did.

Spring 2020 I had derecho storm damage to my house and garage. I called on 4-5 contractors for estimates...several didn't even show up for the appointments and others didn't give the impression of caring, one way or the other. Fortunately for me, one contractor stood out from the crowd, Just Improvements, LLC. I contracted with them, and, during the summer of COVID, they replaced a patio door, replaced my entire house roof, gutters and siding soffits and half of my garage roof, carefully matching the existing material. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Justin, the owner and Donna, his office manager. He was honest with me from the start about the repairs and the costs, he worked within my insurance requirements and deadlines, tailored the repairs to my particular requests and went above and beyond to meet every appointment on time. He never left me hanging, wondering if the job would be done...he was in contact with me regarding the scheduling from start to finish. My home looks 100 times better than before the work was done and I'm completely satisfied with the results. All my roof, gutter and siding issues were addressed and corrected: I no longer need to worry about storms, leakage or squirrels in my attic. Justin's workmen were polite and efficient, cleaned up their work area every day, and provided quality workmanship. I highly recommend Just Improvements, LLC for reliability and accountability in a contractor.

Had an issue with shed roof. Called Just and he immediately came to the house. Estimate was reasonable and work was performed flawlessly. I even had him put in new gutters on every structure on the property and protective screens to keep leaves out. He comes highly recommended and does exceptionally good work and is dependable.
